I had a short screening call then I had a long phone interview with HR. Afterwards, I was told to come down to the headquarters to interview with my potential supervisor. Upon arriving, the lady from HR who I had previously interviewed with told me that the manager wasn’t there and that I would just talk to her again. After that interview I was told to drive out 45 minutes again and luckily actually spoke to my potential supervisor. He was extremely nice and we had a long conversation. I felt very confident about the position. 3 weeks went by until I had to reach out to HR only for her to tell me they put the position on hold. I’ve emailed the the person from HR about multiple positions with no answer. If this is how you treat potential candidates, I couldn’t imagine how employees are treated.
