They asked me about my eduction, my skills, and where do I see my self in the future. They, then described to me about what the job requires and what would be expected of me if I was t get hired there

Interview
Temp agency will set up an interview with the manager. Then the manager will interview you. It's more up to the manager if they like you and want to hire you. then they call the temp agency and the agency will let you know when you start. If they decide to hire you then the shifts are usually five or six in the morning till 130 or 230. Sometimes they ask you to work overtime and sometimes they have people come in on the weekends to work. That also includes certain management.
