The process started off well with emails to set up time to talk. I was asked to do an application and 2 personality type tests. Based on what I had heard about the company and how great it is to work for I was expecting a much more personable interview. It was one of the most uncomfortable conversations I have ever had in a work/interview situation. There appeared to be no interest in actually getting to know me. It felt like the recruiter was annoyed to have to even have the interview.
