Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter then phone interview with direct manager. All aspects of the position are done remotely. Occasional conference call, but other than that you are on your own. Manager was always available and approachable should reps need anything. Great culture.
The interview was straightforward. I was asked about my prior experience related to the role, time commitments, and responsibilities for the position. Only really had one interview before getting the job.
