Screening interview that was followed by a Coding Interview. Coding Interview was challenging for me, but not generally hard. They appreciate industry knowledge and technical knowledge. Seems like a good place to work, but I did not get it.

A recruiter pitched me from Linkedin. But, no one showed up for my confirmed interview in the morning. No explanation for why missing the scheduled interview, instead of a rejection letter after.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Good Eggs (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
It started with a phone screen with another engineer, where we talked about past projects. The next step was a tech screen on the phone, which consisted of the same question that you see on this thread: words to pig latin.
Haven't heard back from them yet, so I'm going to say that I didn't get an offer, but we'll see I still need to do the onsite.
