      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gong (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2019

      Interview

The interview process was smooth and well organized. Started with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager a few days later. The hiring manager gave me some "homework" to complete before the on-site interview. During the on-site interview I met with the COO, a few managers, and people on the team. A few days later, there was a Zoom interview with the CEO. Thought it was great that the CEO takes the time to interview each candidate. Overall, the interview process was great and Christina (the recruiting coordinator) was always available to answer any questions I had.

So excited you joined our Gong family and that Amit was apart of your candidate journey! Amit tries to be as involved as he can but his schedule is getting busier and busier as we grow, which makes it hard sometimes. Thanks for the shout out to Christina and we can't wait to watch the Implementation Team crush it with your help!! Gong for Life, Eric Lindroos

The recruiter called me asking a few behavior questions and expected salary and work eligibility. I shared my prior hourly rate and visa situation. I followed up but then didn't hear back.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gong

      Interview

Interview was easy if you’ve worked as a TSE before. Consisted of 4 rounds + a take home technical assessment that was easy. All interviews were conducted over a call rather than in person

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Gong in Apr 2025

      Interview

I had an initial introductory call with the recruiter, followed by a take-home assessment. The assessment involved extensive API testing and several customer scenario-based questions, which I felt useless, I completed the assessment thoroughly and believed my responses were accurate. However, I did not receive any feedback or clarification regarding the evaluation criteria. Despite following up with the recruiter, I did not receive a response.
