it was a very quick and easy process, phone interview first with managaer and in person interview next with one of the managers. Training period after hired was 12 shifts

Interview process had fun questions which allows you to show your goofy side too. Most questions were about how I work in a team environment with other people. Some were about strengths and weaknesses too.
