It started with an online application. I got called back about two weeks later for a phone interview. It was basically just a conversation about myself. Then in a few weeks we had another phone interview and I was offered the job
In person interview consisting of minimal questions followed by tour of pool. Discussed weekly schedule of pool events, such as swim lessons, practice, free swim, etc. Interview was easy and short.
