A short phone call with HR, later followed up by an online interview (due to COVID) with my hiring manager and a recruitment advisor. A very well conducted interview. Unlike other companies, they read and fully understood my resume and cover letter and had relevant follow up questions. Both were very friendly and showed an interest in both my professional experience and personal interests. I was contacted one week later and offered the position which I promptly accepted.
