I got a phonecall to check for the availability for an interview.Interview started with 1:1 with the general manager.questions about curren job profile,previous emloyer profile,why are you looking for a change,How soon can you be able to join,provide some references,then back to techanical details of the project and visa status.Then company history was provided and how the compnay was started and what are the job requirements and strenghts and weaknesses.Medical insurance related details,salary details were aksed and he explained their own structure.
