Interview w HR then the hiring manager then create a presentation video then another presentation to facilitate live in the Miami office. It felt like a lot of free work and time from the candidate being asked to create 2 separate presentations. I was told several times I was the “favorite” candidate then I received a generic let down letter.

Question 1
The questions were not great it was do you have experience with X, do you have experience with y?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GoTu (Miami Springs, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
Average over the phone and quick to respond to my application. First I applied online and then after a recruiter reached out to me to perform an interview which I accepted. The interview was easy going.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GoTu (Miami, FL) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was completely disorganized. I was sent instructions on how to enter the building, but when I arrived, I wasn’t allowed access to the office floor by building staff—causing delays and adding stress to an already tense situation.
If you’re working with a recruiter, don’t expect much communication. You’ll hear from them to schedule the interview, but after that, they’ll completely ghost you—no follow-up or acknowledgment whatsoever.
Management presents themselves as friendly and supportive, but that quickly changes if they feel you’re not the right fit. That’s their choice, and that’s fine—but basic communication and professionalism would be appreciated.
Also worth noting: their customer base isn’t happy with the product, and that discontent clearly carries through to how the company operates internally. I gave this place a shot because I needed work and planned to keep looking anyway—but honestly, I’d avoid this company at all costs.
