Interview
Had two great interviews, first with their recruiter and then a follow with two different team members. Things seemed to be fairly aligned - I had even told them I would be willing to take a pay cut to take this role - and they just ghosted me. Never replied to my follow up emails for next steps or to inform me that they would not be moving forward with my candidacy. Job posting is still up. I’d stay away.

Do you have experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry?
It was pretty basic, more like a conversation than anything. A few situational questions and discussion about my work experience. Overall, very enjoyable and pleasant. Got an offer about two weeks later.

Interview
Brief 20-30 minute call with internal recruiter before in-person meeting at office. The hiring manager/internal recruiter that conducted the call was helpful, but didn't sound very enthusiastic to be on the phone and I did not feel like she genuinely wanted to be having the conversation that she had reached out to me to have.
