1st interview is with a hiring manager with standard questions, follows an interview with a design lead in which you'll have to go thru one of your portfolio projects, if you pass that they'll give you a take a home task (on thier product which is fishy) that you'll hav eto discuss infront of two lead desingers and a product manager. If you pass that as well, you'll recieve an offer by the HR.
