For the interview, I met with them in a lobby. I arrived 20 minutes early and sat near the interviewer as he was finishing up an interview nearby. This was also one of the first few interviews I had post graduating. The interviews were in 30 minute time blocks. I then proceeded to wait there for over an hour, as their interview kept going on and on and on. I emailed the interviewer to ask when he was going to be done as I did not want to walk over and interrupt. Then finally after my email I was finally interviewed, a full hour after my interview time slot. The interview was what you’d expect in terms of questions but then at the very end he gave me a very in depth, negative review of myself. He said I seemed to not yet know who I was. Overall, very disrespectful and he seemed to not respect my time as I waited for too long to be interviewed. I should have left. I did not follow up with the company or interviewer as one that treats myself and my time like that is not one I want to work for.
