The first interview was a quick phone call with HR to discuss the position and my background. Within a week I was invited to a second video interview, via Teams, with their Marketing Manager. This took about 2 weeks to schedule. A week and a half after the second interview I was notified that they were pursuing other candidates with more fit experience. However, the position is still listed and has changed to fully remote on their website and job boards. I'm guessing my personality was a mismatch as I have a marketing and communications background that applies to this entry-level job. Overall, the experience was quite positive and everyone was kind and took the time to get to know me and answer any questions I had about the position and company.
