Interview
Very easy. There were about 30 people in the room and we all had to introduce ourselves and answer one of the questions one by one.
Then if you were selected they would put a yes next to your number. And did a final interview
They asked very simple questions.
Group session meet and greet. it was easy they just cut people after reviewing resumes. Had to go and introduce yourself and read an announcement. Then got offered a virtual interview. Very nice people
Video interview with live recruiter . They showed a presentation about the company and the position and asked a few questions. Mostly Tell me about a time customer service questions

The initial interview was a group interview. Then some individuals were cut and the rest of the applicants were given a one on one interview either in person or virtual depending on the prospective start date you picked.
