Interview
First interview was about 20 minutes, just asked standard interview questions and told me more information about the role. I am scheduled a for a second interview, which has a project that need to be completed 2 hours after the interviews ends.

What is your biggest mistake you've made in your career?
After a few questions with a team manager, they’ll give you a work product. All pretty straightforward. Big focus on adaptability and ability to prioritize. Work product focused on what the work entailed, ability to shift brand voices and defend the business.

Interview
First round was a phone call that was around 15 minutes, pretty standard interview questions (what do you know about the role/company, why are you interested, etc) with a recruiter. Second round was ~an hour with the manager more in depth about content creation and community management experience. After that, I was given a project with various tasks to complete within 2 hours of the interview. 3 weeks later they called and said they chose someone else
