First initial interview went great. It was quick easy and very casual. More along the lines of asking questions about the company, myself and understanding me and how I would fit within the company culture. Second interview was with the SDR Manager John Simion and overall interview went great, it was another casual but deeper understanding on the company and myself. My biggest complaint is that as fast as the interview process was to move forward in the process after the second interview, I had to follow up multiple times because I was no longer considered for the position. I would personally hope in the future for the company to be more transparent when they say we'll give you an answer in 1-2 days versus 1+ weeks.

The initial prescreen interview was great. The interview itself was done via Zoom and I had some technical difficulties with video. The main interviewer was fine with it and understood. The second interviewer showed up 10 mins late , was standoffish, cold and uninviting. She also gave us a "hard stop" within mins of joining the Zoom meeting. She also referenced my older positions and not my current roles, thinking I lacked sales experience. I had to adjust the interview so she could understand the timeline of my resume, which was odd. After the meeting, I was not impressed with the company and have dealt with people like that before in my career and it already seemed toxic. I was under the impression, this was an exclusive club of Gen X'ers. If offered I probably would not have accepted.
