Second with a technical take home exercise where you are supposed to create a presentation from insights regarding a dataset related to weather conditions. Presentation and few questions about your outcomes. Then no feedback whatsoever, no questions on methodologies used. Asked for feedback several times, got ignored by HRs. Then finally got feedback, which was 'doesnt take feedback'. Waste of time, disrespectful. Had to contact HR on other platforms in order to get replies to schedule the second interview. Long process.
