I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glovo in Feb 2018
Interview
There were 4 steps:
1. Call with HR - just a regular first HR interview with questions about myself and information about the company, product, teams, etc.
2. Online coding challenge. I had two pretty easy tasks - the first about regular expressions and the second one - about arrays.
3. Call with Frontend Lead - some general questions about frontend, development, small task.
4. Final step - online coding sessions with two FE developers. I had 2 hours for the task (create a currency exchange calculator). I was able to use any technology. I used React, but the official framework in Glovo is vue. The interviewers were friendly and positive, I was able to use any resources if I need it.
Few days after I had a call with HR and they decided to give me an offer. I declined it because of the salary level and the relocation support (only flights tickets and 2-3 stay in the room what is not comfortable for the family, but no any signup bonus, moving my items, etc).
