Interview
Group interview. Really easy and they basically hire you right on the spot. It’s commission based, so they are really just trying to recruit as many people as possible. They will ask you pretty straightforward questions and as long as you look pretty decent and don’t sound completely incapable, you will get the job. You will have to enroll immediately, which is out of your own pocket.

Interview
I had 2 interviews with this company & felt that a lot of what I was hearing during those meetings did not align with what I had researched on the company or the specific position I was interviewing for. It certainly concerned me as I raised the same questions during my second interview with a different member of their staff, as well as when I received a call from yet another staff member that called to follow up with me after the 2nd meeting. With all not correlating, receiving different responses from all 3, especially with my questions being more operations & management related, it made me feel like the core management team, at least at the location I was interviewing with, was not well established.

Basically, you sit in on a Zoom meeting while they tell you how easy it is and how glorious it is, and then put you on the spot to sign up because it is now or never. Then, you have to pay for training to get your license. It takes about 4 weeks for all the training before you can even attempt to sell and make money. If you are breathing and have a pulse and the money for the training, you are hired.
