I had a two stage process, an initial meet and greet face to face meeting followed by a longer presentation style meeting. Both of which were fluid, well structured and with a good interviewer. Questions were clear and reasonable and the addition of a presentation task was welcome as it not only gave further insight to the company about capabilities but gave me the opportunity to get a greater understanding of the company and it's intentions for the role.
