A welcoming and thought-provoking conversation with two team members from their People and Operations department. The team members wanted to see how I would bring value to their company and did so by asking meaningful questions.

How would your friends describe you in three words?
It was an easy process and received updates throughout the process if I made it forward or not. I only had one or two interviews and then was offered the JA position via email
Amazing candid and honest interview process! The people at this company our amazing and want to see who you really are, not who you are "supposed" to be. Just come with your best attitude, and have a clear idea of who you are, and what you bring to the table.
