The interview went fine. Typcial questions asking about qualifications and what pay I was looking for. However, the very demanding emails and text messages were offputting. If I didn't reply back right away, I was sent a message a few minutes later to reply back. I gave them my availability for the coming week to schedule an interview, but I didn't hear back until a week and a half later. At which point, they wanted me to schedule an interview the same day. Needless to say, I declined as it seemed disorganized and poorly planned.
