The interview process first started with a pre-screening Skype interview with the company CSO and VP of Product Solutions. I had to do a video conference because I was located in another state at the time of the interview. The initial interview was suppose to last 30-minutes but it ended up going for over an hour with the company CEO and COO entering the conference room during the interview to join, after the CSO asked my permission because we were going over the specified time commitment. Of course I accepted, since it was a sign that the interview was going swimmingly. The CEO, COO and CSO continued to ask me a series of questions about my experiences and what I would offer them.
After that interview ended I was asked to fly to Massachusetts for an in-person interview. Once I figured out a date I confirmed and flew to the company HQ for a day to conduct the interviews with the CEO and COO individually. Then I got to know all of the employees that work out of the Massachusetts location and even went out to dinner with the New Business Development team, the team I would primarily be working with if I was hired.
Once the interviews were done I headed back home and received an email from the COO within a few days offering me the position.
