Global Equipment Services interview questions

I was referred by a recruiter and was told they needed someone with my skills right away, possibly starting within a week. I cancelled my plans and went to GES for the interview that day. When I signed in one individual made a rude remark to the effect that I had just signed myself away to slavery. He left early and I did not interview with him that day. The manager I did interview with asked a lot of technical questions. His questions were well thought out and were not difficult. He was curteous and professional. The interview process was suppose to continue the following Monday. I was asked for my Skype ID because the other interviewer was going to be at home on Monday. I don't have Skype and offered to use another video con app or just go back to GES again. The other interviewer was not at work on Monday or Tuesday so a second interview was scheduled for Wed. The individual who had made the rude remark the previous Friday did not have a copy of my resume and was unfamiliar with my experience. He asked me to describe my work history. After I did that he asked me how I would design the application they needed. I replied that since I had not yet signed an NDA and had no detailed knowledge of the project I could not yet answer that question. Other technical questions were asked that I answered well. However as the interview progressed he obsessed about how he didn't know if I was competent for the project. I explained that my resume and the earlier interview should have established that. And I also felt insulted. He became more argumentative. His questions were vague and he argued with me arbitrarily when I answered. He became ruder as time went on, interrupting me and talking over me when I tried to answer his questions. After 45 minutes in the small interview room I was disgusted with his behavior and the inadequacies of his personal hygiene.
