Two quick interviews, a HR screening and one with a technical manager. Normal background check and general questions about work preferences. They were very transparent about what the role would be, which made me see it was not what I was looking for. However they also said they hire (for internships at least) based on your degree very rigidly. When I pushed on this, they didn't even seem to want to consider other relevant experience, which sounds a bit old-school to me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Glintt
Interview
No retorno.
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Glintt (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
The interview was awful. They wanted to pay the minimum wage for masters degree. Also wanted me to have a postgraduation. They were rude and very disrespectful. When I declined, they accused me I was loosing their time. A few months later they called offering another position. I don't know if the offer was better, I didn't want to get the same treatment.
