The process was two interviews, a phone and in-person interview. The process took about a month for me. It was questions about previous experience and core values and how you as an interviewee can relate to them and to different scenarios that could happen.
Was told I got the interview not long after I applied to the job and it was a very fast process overall. I was offered the job not even a week after applying for it.

I was asked relevant questions related to how I’ve dealt with challenges in the past like a project gone wrong and challenging situations dealing with visitors. Also questions how I adhere to their core values.
