They have taken tons of time and drug the interview process on for months. They ended up ghosting me and I have not heard if they have filled the position.

Went through 2 online interviews and everything was going well until the second in person interview when they completely changed the position to Production Supervisor which was entirely different and required more hours and more work on the floor than previously discussed.

If I was ok working extended shifts for extended days instead of the advertised normal working hours.

Interview
Recruiter found me and then I had an interview with VP of Finance. Process was pretty and nothing out of the ordinary until they had me take a personality exam. Initially the VP said the test would be used to have interview discussion once he had the results but after receiving the results they immediately lost interest. The worst part was when I asked for a copy of my results they ignored me. I would love to be able to see my results and believe that I should have that opportunity. This is what made the interview a negative experience.
