Interview
Hired myself but then I was the only candidate. The interview was pretty comprehensive and all the right questions were asked. I think though that the hours and timing issues where a little understated and really could have been better investigated. Note to self....a little less conversation and a bit more action please.

Most difficult question had to be about finance....can you really afford to do this.....or can you afford not to? Life is so short and you really have to bite the bullet sometimes.
