Multiple phone calls with different people in the company, final onsite meeting almost all employees. They tend to not ask technical questions as I believe they’re not quant driven, so don’t necessarily know what skills a quant should have.
Overall all the employees I met are very friendly, care about your cultural fit within the team, and they do try to impress you with the perks.
However, I suggest you to not waste your time here if you’re not very desperate. After a long process and a verbal offer, they altered the comp on written offer (which was already below market) and insisted I heard it wrong in the first place. They do not have structured bonus payment plan, and will tell you your upside is “unlimited” and should consider it as a growth opportunity. It is a personal preference but I declined because I prefer clarity and fair evaluation more.
