Was given two work tasks: a 45 min and then a 5 hour one. Very open ended tasks with no real guidance on what's in the evaluation criteria. Despite reading their work and blogposts, I did not get past the second work task. Overall it felt like the only ppl who would get in are the 'insiders' who know the lingo, the style of working, and the ideologies they subscribe to.

The GiveWell interview included a short, timed written research exercise designed to evaluate my ability to interpret statistical results, reason carefully and clearly under time constraints, assess evidence quality, and apply empirical findings to real-world policy and funding decisions.
