I saw a posting for an open position on their website. Submitted my resume and a short introduction letter that was not asked for but I felt it was appropriate. I was invited to an informational which was really a group interview. There we learned more about the position and work environment . We were then asked to tell us more about ourselves and why were here. After this they broke us up into smaller groups and asked us the usual interview questions. After a few days I was invited to a second interview . Here I was expected to present an activity and answer more interview type questions.
