GetScale interview questions

The position start date was set, so interview process was super quick. Only two rounds within a week. First round is a screening call, and second is in-person at the office. I was told I would be interviewing with one of the founders of the company for the second round, however he did not show up. Instead, it was the hiring manager. Assuming I did not get an offer as they ghosted me after the interview.

Interview process was strealined and straightforward. 2 part - phone interview and hiring manager interview They asked about my work history and they spoke about the role and expectations. We also did a couple of roleplays with feedback which was nice.
