It was detailed and thorough. Great use of media to explain the sales process. I also liked the shadowing aspect of the interview. We were invited to stay afterwards to gain experience.

The interview was pretty straightforward. He wanted to know how much I knew about the company. He asked me to download the app which I had done already. I would say just have a base knowledge of what the company is about.

A checklist for punctuality, dressing, sales questions and you should be a friendly person as well as a good communicator. The recruiter will be looking more for a closer, you should be able to sell a comb to a bald person. Prospecting is also a crucial skill to have, you should be able to seek out leads by yourself but more importantly, close them!
