It was easy, straightforward, and to the point. They were upfront about job duties and expectations. We had one introduction phone call, followed by a zoom interview with a Team Leader, then finally a call with the Regional Director before getting an offer letter.

Long and tedious. Not very up front about state of company. They offered a compensation package and when I applied it was no longer available. Turns out the company was bleeding money and was in process of merger.
