The interview consisted of two rounds of interviews all within perhaps two months after the submission deadline. First round consisted of a few standard interview questions with the director. Second and last round was an in-person interview with a more conversational approach. I was told early on about the position timeline. It was supposed to be that they were going to reach out and let candidates know about the position a week after the last interviews but I never heard back. Perhaps some sort of communication error but overall, it seemed like a great place to work.
