Genuine Foods interview questions

I spoke with HR, the CEO, the VP and another manager. 5 total interviews about 6-8 follow up emails and got ghosted. My impression of this company is that it's leadership is confused and inexperienced. They lack organizational structure, processes and are not hiring leaders. A colleague of mine started working here and has had nothing but negative experiences. They said they are asking employees to write positive reviews to boost up their score-hence all the new positive reviews. Huge waste of my time.

I had a few interviews with a number of people. Although everyone was extremely nice, they are very disorganized and seem to be taking on more than they can presently handle. I’ve never had to send out zoom requests for my own interviews. After a follow up email asking about the interviews, I was ghosted. A little disappointed as I feel their mission is solid and there can be some real potential.
