Interview
I met with two division managers who ask pretty average questions. I was given a tour of two locations. It was a very relaxed environment. Both of the interviews took place in a large break room or cafeteria. I was immediately at ease after meeting each manger.

One question that bot managers asked me was why I wanted to work there.
It was super laid back, with only behavioural questions and asking about my work. I did have a referral going into the interview. I would suggest looking into the companies values and seeing if they align with yours.

When was a time you handled conflict in the workplace
A few stops and starts but overall good. The recruiter kept me informed of the process so for the most part was prepared but for a entry role it would have been nicer to move faster.
