Interviewed with 2 partners. One of them left during the interview for good 5 minutes to take a “phone call.” Ghosted on me when politely asked about the result after the interview.
After submitting resume, I was contacted shortly thereafter and was interviewed by three different senior attorneys during the approximately one (1) hour interview. The interview questions were fairly standard and focused on skills and work history.

They won’t respond to you if the answer is no. As an expanding firm, if you’re hoping to recruit talented attorneys and prevent high turnover, give your interviewees the courtesy of a response - especially when asked for an update.
They will ask for your salary requirement, and will point out of if it’s too high for them (they pay below market rate for a firm of their size and location, with a billable requirement that is higher than some other midsize firms in the area).
