Genesis Alkali interview questions

On campus interview - simple behavioral questions followed by on-site interview. They will put you up in a hotel, have someone take you to breakfast, and then you meet with a technical lead, manager, and several peer employees. There is a verbal exam they give you that covers engineering principles like heat transfer, fluid dynamics, etc.

The process consisted of an on the spot campus interview, and on-site interview. Met with 3 different groups, had lunch catered and then a plant tour. I then they never got back to me. While on the plant tour, the man giving the tour ask inappropriate questions, so ask for a 3rd person to join.
