Issue CPE to AT&T Tech's, listen to their complaints and make sure they dont have overages as it affects the calculator. Report pressing issues to the team lead and take actions when necessary. Generally the job is a boring one as you do same thing every day and also receive insults from tech's that ask for more equipments that they can not get.

Interview
It was a few questions over the phone. I had the Operations Supervisor and Regional manager at the time interview me at about an 1.5 hours apart. All paperwork was sent through emails and everything was either done by email or over the phone.
