General Kinematics interview questions

I had a phone interview with the company and thought it went well. The person I spoke with reiterated several times that it seemed like I would be a good fit for the role and stated that an in-person interview would be the next step if they decided to move forward. I was also told I would hear back within a week. I never received a response and the job listing was taken down. I understand if they wanted to go with another candidate but being ghosted after having a positive conversation was disappointing.

The interview process was smooth and I enjoyed it a lot. The interviewer was very respectful and positive. Unfortunately, I didn't land the position but would recommend anyone interested to apply.
