I initially applied for the position through NUWorks and the General Dynamics Application Portal. From that I then heard from them through email about scheduling a time to interview. From this an interview/phone screening was conducted and an offer was later issued.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Dynamics Mission Systems (Nashua, NH) in Feb 2017
Interview
Was asked to do a phone interview first. The call lasted about 20 minutes or so. I talked to the head Mechanical Engineer who asked about my past experiences and classes. Was then brought in for an in person interview. Fairly short interview, probably 30 minutes. They asked more about my past experiences and where I want to end up after I graduate.
