Fake “evergreen” jobs galore. Even if you were “recommended” for a position by a recruiter/manager directly (probably so that he can check off on his ghost job too). I don't know if they already had internal candidates lined up, or if it's a revolving-door, or if they need to 'motivate' their existing employee(s) (one of my panel interviewer with the same title position position looked very brow-beaten and tired). Upon further investigation after my interview(s) so many of their jobs are just re-posted over and over months (EVEN YEARS) on end. What a total joke. You'd be well-advised to blacklist this company, and save your PTO and gas money.
