The initial interview was not too stressful, and the interviewer was very personable. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes, upon which the interviewer will explain the next step in the hiring process, depending on how the interview went. Overall it was a positive experience that I felt was informative for both myself and the interviewer.

The interviewer will go over your resume almost line by line, so be prepared to answer to any of your experiences. There were also a number of questions asking about times you've worked in a team or have been a leader.

Met with group of engineers from various disciplines. They took turns asking questions about my resume, as well as questions about experience in certain fields of engineering. It turned out that they lied about something critical in the job posting, which was only discovered part-way through the interview. They tried to brush it off and continue the interview. I declined continuing further in the process after that.
