I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at General Dynamics Electric Boat (Groton, CT) in Sep 2020
Interview
Interviewed during peak COVID, had one phone interview with department engineering supervisors. Typical interview format and style. Began by walking through my resume then onto behavioral style questions. Towards the end it seemed to become more informal with discussion on eastern Connecticut, the department culture, and the closest ski mountains.

Interview
Phone Interview; Call with multiple engineers including senior staff and engineering manager. All incredibly accommodating. Interview consisted of a resume walkthrough / talking about previous internships and jobs, review of the systems I would be working on, as well as a review of company pillars and ethos. They did not expect perfect answers given I did not work at the company.

Interview
Pretty easy interview, just asked a few questions about my experience. The guys interviewing me were very nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview. Still haven't gotten back to me though
