Interview
Met with a recruited in a coffee shop. He asked me general STAR questions and a few off the cuff questions to see my thought process. It was a very laid back interview and it seemed like he wanted to see if I was a good fit for the company as opposed to a good fit for the position. It was very geared towards how well I perform as a team
Just one interview around 30-45 minutes. Fairly simple and straight forward. After you apply, they email you to schedule an interview. Usually it's with a few people or a panel. Easy questions about yourself and broad technical questions about your experience.

Reached out to recruiter for 30 minute meeting. Then scheduled meeting with Electric boat representative for interview. Received offer a few weeks after first contact. Did not end of taking offer but really liked the location.
