Interview
Hiring process is very slow. Took me over 4 months from the time that I applied for the job to start. As I have learned since working for the company that working through the various hoops in dealing with HR can be daunting. Interviewers are required to ask a prepared set of questions, which must be submitted with recommendation for hiring after interviews are complete. HR is not willing to negotiate on salary and vacation though I was able to negotiate a salary increase within 6 months of coming to the company.

Interview
Interview was straight forward, took several hours. Involved meeting with 2 interviewers. Many good quality questions were asked, but interviewers were positive, and personable. Format was organized, no trick questions. Several technical questions were asked that I did not know the answer to, and indicated immediately that I wasn't familiar with the technology they were asking about, and thought it a better choice to indicate that I had no prior knowledge or experience with it.

Interview
20 minute sit down with multiple departments. An all day event that can leave you a bit glassy eyed by the end. However the interview is not intimidating. Mainly enough back and forth on what the company is about and your opportunity to express your qualifications and/goals.
