Interview
Had a phone interview, and then a on-site. On-site was mostly a tour of the ship yard, and then a tour of the administrative building across the river. Spent some time with a manager, and then two current engineers in a similar role to the one I was applying for. EB paid for my lunch!

Manager asked a bunch of cookie cutter interview question. Be ready to thoughtfully talk about everything in your resume.
Just one interview around 30-45 minutes. Fairly simple and straight forward. After you apply, they email you to schedule an interview. Usually it's with a few people or a panel. Easy questions about yourself and broad technical questions about your experience.

Reached out to recruiter for 30 minute meeting. Then scheduled meeting with Electric boat representative for interview. Received offer a few weeks after first contact. Did not end of taking offer but really liked the location.
